Eco Warrior Men's Edit All Over Body Soap Bar - Vegan, Cruelty Free, No SLS or Parabens Nourishing Mens Soap with Added Shea Butter and a Blend of Essential Oils – Gift for Him 100g

I bought this as part of my plan to minimise my use of plastics and unnecessary water. Here are my thoughts after a whole bar:Appearance - A rectangular bar that’s easy to hold and is neutral in colour. Mine had the branding stamped on one side. It’s 100g, so good for home and travel.Function - The bar lathers well under warm water and doesn’t break easily. The lather is deceptively good so you might find the bar shrinks faster than you’d expect. Less is more at times. I used it on my body, as I bought a different one for my hair, but could use in both cases.Smell - The notes of birch tar, cedarwood and patchouli are really pleasant. The patchouli stands out the most to me. It’s most noticeable in the shower and subtle afterwards, but I’ve had unsolicited compliments from people that I’ve hugged.Skin - The product claims to be free of harsh ingredients like SLS, detergents etc. My skin was noticeably less dry after showering when compared to using my previous liquid shower gel. Compared to liquid soaps, you do need to get used to the slight stickiness that bars can leave on your skin. It’s not noticeable after a few uses, though. Used alone, it was gentle on my skin. Combined with a loofah/soap saver, my skin felt softer than ever.Longevity - I use a soap saver and I’d say this lasted me about a month, having 1-2 showers a day max. It lathers deceptively well so it could last longer with more care.Comparison - This bar is great value for money if you like a premium smell and a gentle composition. I’m going to try the cheaper options from this brand and compare, as they all tout “natural” ingredients with similar effects on skin.Overall - I really enjoyed using this bar soap and would happily buy again.

Very smooth body wash, low odour. I don't seem to get skin itching like i was getting with conventional shower gels. Its more economical as well. Very pleased

Good size, lathers well and good smell but didn't last very long.

This stuff is brilliant! Smells nice, lasts way longer than the bottled shower gel and saved me money too. What’s not to like?

Good wash bar says can use all over. Very strong fragrance I hope it’s mostly chemical free

I love the smell of this it's really great. It's all I buy now. Feels like it moisturizes my skin. Last long too.

In a bid to be more eco friendly I thought I’d give these soap bars a try . I’m really on the fence about if they are good enough or not . Firstly , unless they are on offer (around the £2.50 mark) they are very poor value for money .Showering once a day I cannot get these to last longer than 2 to 3 weeks . I’ve tried with a soap saver and with a body puff and they still run out quickly .The scent and feel of the soap is amazing and I cannot fault that , but it’s difficult to create a lather and they just don’t last very long .You do feel good as your helping the environment and not using the wrong ingredients, but weighing up the amount you’re having to buy, ship and use I’m not sure the eco figures work out !

This has worked wonders. Does exactly what it says. Skin feels so refreshed and leaves it silky smooth with zero dryness. Will never go back to shower gels again. A worthy 5*. If you're thinking about it, buy it.
