I purchased 2 of these in hopes one would fit. I ordered a M and a L. I currently weigh 170 and am 5'3" and would say I am pear shaped. My upper arms are big and I wanted this to help slim them down as I am on a weightloss journey. Neither the M or L fit me properly. The L was way too tight and uncomfortable on my arms and pinched at the armpit area next to my chest. Other than that it fit comfortably and supportive. If you are my size and have big upper arms I would suggest the XL. I had to send these back just due to the arm area. If you have small or regular size upper arms and you're my size, a L should fit you fine. The garment is well made. The material is thick, supportive and holds you in well. The hooks were secure. The garment does push up your breasts and if you have large breasts they will look huge. I was a bit uncomfortable with that and suggest more of a uniboob sportsbra be worn with it rather than the underwire I tried it on with. I think it helps your posture a bit but not severely. Overall, I think it is a very good quality item and it is fairly priced. I'd say "buy it".

I want to start by saying I love the product. It is really a lifesaver. I am currently working as a front liner for the COVID19, so working out is out of the question already. The good news is that my job is mostly standing and moving all around. I have some waist trainers that are very uncomfortable to wear under my scrubs. But I finally found the best product. I can wear the shapewear under my scrubs and I can continue to move freely and at the same time I am working on my waist. The best thing about the product is that it has 4 lines of hooks which helps if you're losing weight faster than thought. Also, the sleeves can help to slim your arms. After using the product I noticed I was walking straight and the product was helping me with my back. So this is a 360 gift. It helps with the tummy, arms, back and for the breast to my up and lifted. The best part is you can still be yourself, move freely and no one will know youre wearing a waist trainer and it costs less than 30 dlls.

Shoulder is a little flimsy and the lower bars dig in my back. I wish it was a little tighter at the bottom for my love handles but overall a great buy

This goes on pretty easily and hooks as expected. The torso is comfortable while standing, but tries to roll up when sitting. I am much smaller at the waist and the lower abdomen tries to fold over itself to where it’s not as tight. It is also oddly loose in the arms compared to the body. There is definitely compression in the arms, but if you can comfortably hook the body to the tightest position, the arms are going to just be like a snug shirt.

(First off the package it came in was very lovely) I'm 60 years,And not that big but have some waist and back fat since going thru middle age lolAnyway I got this to try along with other body Shapers I ordered. All in all this works well I love the long spandex sleeves They are a super plus!! Most definitely slims your arms So nicely I really love this for the arms an A+ The waist works well too holds that tummy in good A+ It also helps a lot with any Back fat helps smooth your love handles down When you first put it on it will feel tight ''But the longer you have on the more comfortable it starts to feel.. It is also made very well strong like material not made cheaply like a lot of other body shapers.. First day i put this one on under a pair of black pants and top I felt amazing and much younger So this was well worth the money. I'm going to try wearing while exercising to see how it works out if it will make any difference..ill try get back with update
