Q: How I get rid of the wrinkles it comes with. Also why is there red marker on it?

I'm not sure of the red marker, but for the wrinkles I'm sure you can just throw him the dryer for half hour or so? Spot clean with oxy clean to see if the red marker comes out. I believe my sloth had the same thing. I was kinda disappointed, but he was cute and soft.
