Cento Anchovy Flat Oil 2 Oz

Reasonable price, good taste, this is my third order of them in bulk. Use in salads, or just on some sourdough bread, great snack, as long as you're ok with the high sodium content, but that's true of all canned anchovies I've ever come across.

I love these anchovies, whether simply in a bruschetta or in any sauce that involves fish--or even a simple puttanesca. They add flavor and umami to virtually everything. I think Cento, which I've using for 20 years, is among the best . Having said that, I think $2.60 per tin at Amazon is expensive. They sell for $1.90 a tin at other supermarkets.

Wish they weren't so expensive, but they are a perfect addition to sauces or pizza, or whatever else people use these for. Great flavor.

These are delicious. They are flat, not rolled. I use them in salads, sauces, and mashed with cream cheese to fill pieces of celery.
