The Rice Krispies Treat Rainbow Snack Bars are a tasty treat to help satisfy your daily sugar cravings. The treats are essentially the same as most prepackaged Rice Krispies Treats but with the addition of tiny colorful candy coated chocolates (tiny M&Ms) on top. The treats are a decent size for a snack for most kids. I found them to be the right size to satisfy my sweet cravings without me feeling the need to eat a second piece. They are as sweet as the standard Rice Krispies treats, although they seem sweeter than the ones I made at home - I'm not sure if they add more sugar to prepackaged versions or if I'm adding more cereal as opposed to marshmallow, but they are definitely sweeter. The addition of the little chocolate pieces was quite nice, although I wish some of the pieces had more chocolate on them. It's understandable since it's completely random on just how many pieces of chocolate end up on top, but some of the treats had a woefully small amount of candies on top while others were heavily laden. It's really luck of the draw, so hopefully you get the piece with the amount of chocolate candies you were hoping for. Overall, these are great if you love Rice Krispies Treats and with 96 treats per order, you'll have plenty of treats to put in those lunch boxes.

Overall, these are great if you love Rice Krispies Treats and with 96 treats per order, you'll have plenty of snacks to put in those lunch boxes.

If you like Rice Krispies, you know what to expect. These are firm and chewy without being hard, tacky to the touch, have a sweet flavor, and the not-M&M's (which are about the size of mini-M&M's) taste good. These are a good size to toss in a lunch back or make for a light snack. I will admit that coming off of a box of strawberry Rice Krispy treats, I had to check that these weren't some healthy version as they didn't taste as sweet-- but I think that is saying more about how sugary the strawberry ones are. My wife and kids didn't notice anything off about these and they are quickly disappearing.

I think that this variety of Rice Krispies treats is the absolute best! The original is good, but there is just something about those chocolate candies that really enhances the flavor of the overall treat. There is enough to make it fun and colorful, but they are not overpowering. Every treat I have tried so far is perfectly fresh, and the expiration date is well into the future. I also appreciate that, although this is a bulk order, they are conveniently packaged into smaller boxes of 16. This makes it much easier to store, as well as easier to take on-the-go if I decide to share some with my small group at church, a sports team, or a party. The option to have them delivered right to the doorstep is nice, too. Why risk running out when you can have almost 100 at your fingertips? Haha. The price seems reasonable, as well. I highly recommend this if you are crazy for this kind of treat!

In no world are these Rice Krispie Treats healthy, but no one eats them thinking otherwise. You eat them because you need 8g of sugar and marshmallowy deliciousness stat. The case comes in 12 boxes, and I have to hide them from my children. A box does not last very long once found. Adults and children here agree that they are good. The treats I received are Valentine's themed, and the wrapper has space for a written message. Writing with a pen works remarkably well. These say that they now have more milk chocolate candies. I have been out of the Rice Krispies loop for a while and did not know they had chocolate candies. Regardless, the quantity seems decent.
