great ride, outstanding puncture protection
i've been an intense road cyclist for 50 years. i currently ride a specialized aethos s works. i rode the original specialized 26mm tires for a couple years. i researched tires extensively before settling on the continental gp 5000. my roval cl wheels are not tubeless. i'd ridden 5000's quite a bit in the past. these tires are outstanding; smooth, fast, and comfortable. i'd ridden these for a couple of months and hit the ultimate test. returning from my standard road ride and about a mile from home i hear the dreaded clicking on the front tire of a burr/thorn. the tire rotates about 10 times before i stopped. it was a big sharp spiked thorn, about 3/8" long. it was stuck in the middle of the tire. there was a big base and it was perfectly inserted to drive right the tire. i stopped, knew the thorn had punctured it was so big, pulled it out and waited for the hiss. nothing. zero air loss. these tires are beasts. i guess that vectran really works. i'm sold.

Excellent bike tires.
Best bike tire I have ever used. I am using the 700x25c and my Son has the 700x32c both in clincher. The rolling resistance seems minimal, traction os excellent. Very lightweight and seems durable. It's a bit difficult to install. I will 100% purchase again.
