According to my history, I purchased this 9 years ago and it just died. What happened to the time where you bought a product and it never broke? I don't know about the quality of this item. I was never rough one using this product. Thought it would last a lot longer

So I’ve been buying these for years. This one I didn’t realize was so tiny and the on button has to be pressed at all times you want it on which is frustrating but it really does relieve pain. I did notice I burned my skin a lot so maybe that Is why they have to have the button press to keep it on so that you don’t burn your skin because once the skin burns it kind of leaves like red marks all over your skin so maybe that’s the reason

I bought this item at Mayo Clinic 18 years ago. Used it consistently over the years. Loved the pain relief. I recommend this. 18 years is a great number of years for any appliance to last!!

This is my third purchase from this company. Good quality heating pads. My only dislike is holding the button down. I realize it's a safety feature, so it's a love-hate feature. Many times, I have walked away and left my electric blanket on. So ...

Already had one but needed another one for another house and my old one which is about 15 years old still works perfectly. Besides that I grew up in Battle Creek many years ago and am happy to support my home town.
