Do not order this!!
I got it and I went to plug it in and I had the cord the right way and the little fixing you plug into popped back into the box. This thing is make so cheaply. I canceled the order after I read more of the reviews about 30 minutes later and they still sent it and charged me. Don’t waste your money!!

Zero customer support
What I like about it is the look of it. What I don't like it the non exisitant customer support on how to use the product properly. Comes with a little information booklet that wasn't very informative. Sounds like the 10ozs of water you put into it just sits in it. Does not drip into filter (even though booklet says to run the fan on high to dry out the filter before turning off) I've been running it for several days at 8 hours intervals and filter bone dry and water level still full. I read in some reviews to wet the filter and put in freezer for several hours so I did that and that is the only way it's working. If I put mine on full fan mode and full chill mode it turns itself off... The ambient lights also seem to drain the power if you have the lights going turns itself off. I'd love the keep the thing if I could get some customer support! the website mynordichygge.com only let me register my warranty and got an email I get a free filter. Could not find in any area of their website a phone # or tips or email address so replied to the email for my free filter and yet to get a reply. I so badly want this to work, everyone that sees it loves how it looks. Feels like I bought myself a $85 night light that blows gentle air at me. So sad :(

good for the desk
I got this one to put on my desk in the office. It serves well the purpose: blow cool air, a fan is good, and is in a size appropriate for the desk. Another benefit - is fairly quiet.

Piece of junk, do not waste your money on this.
Extremely poor quality and parts. The micro USB connector broke on the first use rendering the unit worthless. Contacted vendor to no avail, so I am placing a candid review to help others avoid this product.

Must have unit within a couple feet of you to feel cool. Works ok on night side table for sleeping
