Really heavy but fun to use
This is super heavy, but is really easy to use once you’ve read the instructions. Had some good fun making my own pasta

Good but handle not stable.
Good price. Easy to use. BUT the handle on the side keeps dettaching... very annoying... also the mode for spagetti sadly makes the spagetti "doubles" not single... we have tried everything but looks like this is the case...Also it makes the pastry layer thin but not thin enough.. i would prefer to have to choice and make it a big thinner.. in cooking these things make big difference

You need to tighten the bolts up first and foremost.

The cutter is just not good
This kills me to write this but I can only give it 3 stars.Pros:The thicknesser (technical term) aka the bit that will make the dough thinner is fantastic. Make sure you dust your pasta with a lil flour so it does not stick and you will be grand. The overall build is very nice and sturdy. I have used kitchenCraft for my other household items and they are usually fine. It's made life easier by far. This used to take hours doing the amounts I needed to get done. Now it can take 30 min. It gets really nice and thin.Cons:Rust on the inside of the holes you slot the handle in.The handle is loose in the holes, wrapped it in tape and it improves the friction so it does not keep coming out. Both cutters are not good. I have done everything, I make the dough much dryer, I dusted the hell out of the dough to make sure it does not stick. At the end of the day it keeps getting stuck together. It weirdly will cut through the strips every other cut, look at the pics. You can see it will leave two connected together but cut them out on either side. I researched it, changed recipes and nothing is helping. The consensus from people I show is that it is possibly faulty alignment. I am going to contact the manufacture. The clamp is not that thick, notice it sits in a hole which is well above the surface. That means you get maybe an inch of workable usage. My counters are much thicker.

Well Done, You Listened to Your Feedback and Delivered an Excellent Pasta Maker
I read the reviews along with the claim by the makers that this machine had been withdrawn and rebuilt taking the views of Amazon customer reviews and ironed out all the problems. I didn't really believe the hype but for less than £18 I thought why not give it a try. Well all I can say is "WELL DONE WORLD OF FLAVOURS!" You listened, reacted and delivered a great piece of kit.Last year I ordered one of the more expensive pasta makers by one of the top makers but sent it back due to problems with sharp edges and flimsy clamp ........ None of this on this pasta maker all the edges have been smoothed off, the clamp works and fits standard work tops without causing damage. The design is good and the makeup is very sturdy (and heavy!!!). On opening the box and looking at the product I could see the quality, the chrome stainless steel look is good and the instructions are the same as the "better quality" machines not to use water just dry rub the surfaces to clean.I made ravioli for my first attempt using the basic recipe that came with the pasta maker, I removed the first 100gs of the dough and passed it through th maker using the 1-9 settings to clean away the oil on the rollers, I the attached the double cutters with ease and passed the pasta through them, again with ease, the handle and gearing was smooth and worked very well, I would have liked a wooden handle, as the handle does slip out occasionally and dropping on the tiled kitchen floor left me wondering how long the plastic handle will last, but that is a minor personal niggle.I took 200gs of the pasta dough and began to make the ravioli, I didn't know how thin this should be so went for no 7, this was just about right, I have a large ravioli cutter and I just placed the filling in the base placed another strip on top and cut ..... Perfect.I was left with 250gs of dough so froze that for a few days until I wanted pasta again, after defrosting the mix was revitalised by kneading and then passed through the machine to number 7 then passed through the fettuccine cutter, again excellent I dried these strands off on my wooden fettuccine/spaghetti tree. When ready I just boiled the water added a little dash of oil and cooked the fettuccine for 3 mins then added to the homemade sauce, it was excellent.I've only used the pasta machine twice but have no qualms in awarding five stars because it does what you want and the company delivered on the promises it made to the Amazon reviewers. So please forget all the earlier reviews on this Pasta Machine, as the new model delivers and I have no problems of recommending it to anyone. To me it was better than a model I had that cost more than double the cost of this machine.

Pretty good value for the money
It's a compact, solid item and easy to set up. You will however need some practice before you get decent results and mainly by adjusting the consistency etc. of the dough you are using and by not going too fast.We had no problem securing the machine to our kitchen top but the handle does have a tendency to drop out as you go back and forth. Moreover, the cutters do not properly cut noodles/pasta unless you get the dough thickness just right and have a dough of the right (dryish and properly floured) consistency.Nevertheless with a bit of practice we made pretty decent fresh noodles which were way better than any store bought product we have had. Despite a little bit of mess it was also quite a lot of fun making them.
