My First Electric Sharpener
I sharpened two of my kitchen knives, a large paring and two types of slicing knives. While none were extremely dull, they were much sharper when finished. I was surprised how well the sharpener did with only a couple passes through each slot. Easy, well written instructions take about 30 seconds to read and understand the process. The two year warranty and their pledge to respond within 48 hrs. is reassuring as well.

Great Value
Wonderful device. I love this sharpener. It has it quirks but it works extremely well. I have three pairs of scissors for sewing projects. After a few months of use and dropping them by accident they became a little hard to use. This sharpener took out the snags in the blade and sharpened the blades to where the scissors work like new. I have also begun work on my favorite kitchen knives. I would recommend this product but caution people that you must follow the instructions. Shortcuts and not reading the paperwork don't work with this device.

Very effective, still going strong over a year, made well.
Works really well, just let the knife fall where it needs to fall instead of trying to control it. That was my biggest hurdle, lol. It does the job on its own, doesn’t need any guidance. Not crazy about the scissor side of it, but I didn’t even know it existed! Just happy with how it sharpens the knives. I would absolutely recommend this. Still using it regularly without any problems, over a year now.
