I’ve been using the Garnier Micellar Water for waterproof makeup, and I’m very impressed. It removes even stubborn mascara and long-wear makeup quickly without harsh rubbing. My skin feels clean, fresh, and hydrated after each use. What I love most is how gentle it is — no irritation, no strong fragrance, and it works perfectly on my sensitive skin. It doesn’t leave any greasy or sticky residue, which is a big plus. The 13.5 fl oz bottle lasts a long time, making it a great value. If you want an effective yet gentle makeup remover, this is definitely a must-have!

Love Garnier Micellar Water to remove my makeup. I use it every night to remove my mascara and eye makeup (I use tubing mascara that takes a little extra effort to remove) as well as my face makeup ahead of washing my face. It helps keep my washcloths from getting heavy makeup stains. Very gentle on my skin, non-irritating, pleasant, light scent. Love that it’s cruelty free - that’s a must for me. Very good product that I buy over and over again.

I love this as a makeup remover to clean my makeup brushes. Put a small amount in a dish-enough to cover the brush bristles. Soak for a bit, then rinse until water is clear.

Works great! Not abrasive @ all & gentle on skin. Leaves skin feeling soft.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is the best makeup remover I have ever tried. I tried a different brand of micellar water years ago and it did not remove any makeup. It left my skin irritated, tight, and sticky. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is completely different. It removes every trace of my foundation makeup. My skin feels soft and smooth, not sticky or greasy. I tested the cleanliness by using a clean cotton pad and toner and it proved that my foundation was completely removed. However I gave 4 stars because it does not remove 100% of my mascara, which is not waterproof. My other concern is that it takes a repeated applications of the micellar water on way too many cotton pads. I purchased reusable/washable pads to use to reduce the waste and expense.

My favorite drugstore product for removing makeup. It’s not irritating and it’s effective, even on waterproof—though you do have to hold it on your eyes for an extended amount of time for waterproof mascara. I use it with disposable cotton rounds, though it would probably work just as well with reusable things like washable rounds or washcloths—you’d just need to use more product to saturate them. Make sure you shake the bottle up like it says every time you dispense some of the product. It leaves your skin feeling slightly oily (not sticky thought) and also slightly dry, so after using it, I like to wipe my face one more time with a wet washcloth to get the last of it off, and usually put a little lotion on if needed. Overall, for the price, I don’t think you can beat it. Wipes are too rough and most won’t remove waterproof like this will. Just try it already😂

Works great! It easily took off all my makeup especially my eyeliner! I will say that my makeup is pretty cheap but my setting spray is good enough that if I just used water only a bit would come off. So I added soap and that did the job as far as I could tell- except for my eyeliner which I recently added to my makeup collection. The eyeliner I use isn't even particularly strong (like I said all my makeup is cheap) but dry, wet, or soapy it took like 5-10 wipes just to get it all off! And even then sometimes I would still see pieces of it around my eye. I only used a small amount of this and it melted my eyeliner like it was nothing, all that struggle gone! Got the rest of my make-up as well. Even better is it didn't break out my skin (I have sensitive skin) any of the times I used this so I give it a 5/5 would recommend!

I love my cellar water for removing makeup smudges or waterproof makeup. It’s a very soft smooth product. You do not have to rub very hard and irritate your eyes. There is no scent.
