HEALTHY and a good price
Avohass organic extra virgin avocado oil is what we use for most of our cooking- you can't taste it and it's perfect for medium to high heat AND it's cold-pressed which makes it super safe at high temperatures. (You can use it on low heat also) We love using this brand of avocado oil- it's the best in our opinion, especially in price. We cook with it all the time. Note: add a pat of butter WITH it, and it will give your fried food a golden brown color. We like using extra virgin olive oil but you can't let the oil smoke or it becomes rancid- that eliminates a lot things we cook. Avocado oil can be cooked with everything with no bad taste. Coconut oil is good, but it adds a coconut flavor to the food.

Awesome Avocado Oil
This is a high quality oil; avocado oil being one of the few that are considered "healthy" these days. I enjoy the fresh flavor - I use it in salad dressings and to saute veggies (it does add a unique flavor, which might not be your preference). I also condition my cast iron pans with this oil; it works perfectly because of its high smoke point - over 515 degrees. Yes it's pricey, but its excellence is in the taste and quality. I do use other less expensive olive oils to balance the budget a bit. It a lovely skin moisturizer if you have the need!

Excellent quality
Love this product, great taste, color and quality. We use it in salads and baked goods in place of butter.

This is a true avocado oil with appealing fresh avocado taste and color.
After I discovered avocado oil to use on my morning toast, my first order was a large bottle in a heavy, thick glass bottle, which was too heavy to lift easily to pour small amounts for the toast. Searching for a smaller, lighter glass bottle led me to this Avohass product. For my daily use on morning toast it tastes much better than the colorless, zero-taste of the larger bottle. Although a bit pricey, the Avohass avocado oil is far more satisfying and fulfills my purpose for it pleasantly. I have re-ordered it and plan to continue using it, and I recommend it.

SLIGHTLY NUTTY, RICH & BUTTERY
We've decided to eliminate canola oil from our diet. (A quick Google search will inform you of the downside of using canola oil.) We use alot of olive oil, but avocado oil has a higher smoke point. For certain recipes, it's a better choice. I chose this particular avocado oil because THE AVOCADOS HAVE BEEN ORGANICALLY GROWN. They use only USDA Certified ORGANIC avocados. This nutrient dense 100% pure extra virgin ORGANIC avocado oil is cold-pressed & unrefined. No heat, no chemicals, no solvents have been used to grow or process the avocados. It's loaded with vitamins & minerals. It's packed with lutein & omega. IT COMES IN A GLASS BOTTLE.

Great product
I purchased this for treating my hair. However, if you were going to consume it, the scent of avocado is strong and you can tell it is unfiltered. It is rich, fragrant, and very green/gold in color. In terms of a hair treatment, it was fabulous. I put it on my dry and unwashed hair for a few hours and it softened it dramatically. I washed it out and my hair was not weighed down. I would definitely purchase this again.

UPDATE - now $50! No! (Orig-Very good - worth the price if, like me, you canโt find it elsewhere)
Update 12/9/25 - as much as I liked this I wonโt be ordering again as the price is now $50 which is beyond absurd! It was $35 when I last bought it which I thought was crazy. Iโll just use my EV olive oil and keep the heat low enough to not affect it. โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ- This oil is outrageously priced but since itโs almost impossible to find unrefined, organic, cold pressed, glass bottled avocado oil, Iโm willing to pay it and am happy to have found it. Also it tested well on Mamavation for low phthalates. I use it mostly for casseroles and oven baking. Itโs really not meant for cooking but since I rarely bake over 350 degrees (the internal temp being around 200) Iโm not too worried about it. This unrefined oil still has a generous smoke point of 400 degrees (vs. the 450-500 of the refined) so you could even lightly sautee things on the stove on low temps without ruining the oil.
