Local Lowe’s didn’t have PVC end caps
Local Lowe’s has 8’ PVC rails, but no end caps. These end caps fit perfectly and finished the project.

Good product but could be packaged more efficiently....
I needed 6 of these items and could only find them in packages of 12. With the cost of postage factored in they were about $25.00....seems a bit expensive for a few pieces of plastic. They worked and I'm pleased....the leftovers can join the other obsolete and unneeded items in the garage!

I was super excited to find these plugs on Amazon, but they are 1/8” to narrow and 1/8” to short. Also, I don’t see any other sizes.
