It's a pure cranberry juice I have ever had so far. No sugar and pure tartness. I have never ever expected the cranberry juice to have this much Tartness. So people with IBS and GERD 1:5 ratio dilution helps way too much, and do not lie down after having this for a minimum of 30 to 60minutes to stabilize the juice in the tummy. It does needs dilution but don't expect it be a ready to drink juice like the store brought ones. Because of the absence of sweetness and filler juices it wl be pure tart diluted juice. Be prepared for it and I would suggest to use glass or Stainless steel straws for drinking this juice in order to protect your teeth enamel. Subsequently you can add sugar or any other sweet alternatives to reduce the tartness and I have seen a significant change in my Skin and UTI improvement. I am easily affected with UTI and cranberry juice is said to have great health benefits especially preventive with regards to infections down there and I could see the results. I am having this past few weeks by now. Overall a good product. Worth the money.

I ordered 4 bottles for my mom. The package was horrible as one of the bottle was broken. It could be prevented if packed properly. Its very expensive so the package needs to be well sealed.

It's a good product. Bought it for someone who had urinary infection and it is doing it's job.. slowly .. so be consistent. It does what is promised
