how about for a 1yr old

Probably a little more than a 1-year-old can really enjoy right now, but certainly a toy to grow into. By 18 months, our g-daughter was a "speed demon" on hers. A 1-year-old would probably like sitting on the car or pushing it around, but his/her coordination to use legs and feet to propel it will come quickly. Just buy it!!

What is the weight limit?

I really don't remember the number of pounds, but I think it was over 150#. I know that customers said that their 8-10 year old kids played with them; my 30+ daughter could ride it with no problems.

Would this be ok for a boy who's going to be 4 in March?
