Absolutely perfect pan for 90% of my cooking needs.
This is my second one (after 5 years of heavy use). I use this pan almost daily. It's super reliable and consistent Excellent build quality.

Die perfekte Pfanne
Es lohnt sich, für gute Küchengeräte etwas mehr Geld auszugeben. Wir nutzen die Pfanne mittlerweile in Kombination mit einer Grill-Pfanne (flach) für absolut alles. Mehr braucht man auch wirklich nicht. Die Wärmeverteilung in dieser Pfanne ist perfekt, man kann jede Stelle nutzen, um zu braten. Die Beschichtung verhindert, dass irgendetwas anbrennt. Das Gewicht ist etwas hoch, aber im Rahmen. Das Material ist absolut hochwertig und ich gehe davon aus, diese Pfanne mein Leben lang behalten und nutzen zu können. Absolute Empfehlung. Ich habe sie bereits ein zweites Mal gekauft und verschenkt.

fantastic
The wok heats evenly on induction, which is already impressive, but the non-stick is unbelievably good. I've heated well beyond where any non-stick should bea, and its 'still fine. Better than fine. I've heated oil in the pan beyond the smoke point, but it still doesn't cling to the pan. I've even used metal utensils lightly in the pan, and I dont 'think they'll be able to scrape it. sounds like scraping them over cast-iron.
