The weight of the bottle makes it "hang" from the outlet. This is not safe. How does this work properly?

Just shove it in there and it does hang out because its heavy made of glass, I don't use the outlet for anything else. I recheck them, none have fallen out on their own.

What does the "Pack of 6" mean in this case? Are there 6 of the warmers or are there 6 refills that come with the one warmer?

There are six warmers and no refills. I had to order them separate.
