Solid knock box
I normally donât write reviews but i almost didnât buy this because of the bad reviews saying that the bar across the top breaks easily.After using this daily for a month i can confirm this is not the case if you use it as intended. It is called a knock box for a reason. Itâs not a slam box. All it should take for the puck to drop out of the portafilter is a gentle tap. A couple of gentle taps will not break this. If you are using more force to get the puck out of the portafilter you are doing something wrong. Your puck is probably too wet.In short, ignore the reviews saying this breaks easily.

The bar was âspringierâ than other brands which required more hits to empty the puck. The bar eventually snapped on this model.
