This toy has noise making ghungroos inside it, which can be a choking hazard for dogs. If you can manage to take out the Ghungroo, which is quite difficult, It is a good toy for dogs, but if the manufacturer can avoid adding the Ghungroos as it is a chocking hazard. It is a great toy. Quite light weight too
