It broke within a year...
The chair was easy to assemble and was delivered as expected. We had a very light use. With 9 months the screws from the base seat automatically fell down. Not able to fix it as the holes are not good and screws keep on coming off. After couple of months the handle broke while getting of from the chair with support of handle.. the handles are fixed with screw in seat bit that came off also the material of handle broke..beyond repair. So now we have only one handle , the chair which may be completely useless anytime soon. The quality is not good . The work done to fit different parts together is not good. We really need to learn to deliver quality , currently it's terrible.sorry.

Nice comfy chair
Easy to assemble, nice and comfortable chair. The small back rest behind the chair keeps falling down. Guess one screw is missing which keeps the hook in place for back rest/cushion. Also removing the plastic cover from the seat shouldn’t be this difficult.Update:Getting back pain because of this chair. Won't recommend.

Annoying creaking sound
This chair is giving creaking sound, which is extremely annoying. Arm rests are positioned very low, that makes them useless. I have learnt my lesson, never purchase chair online.
