no.it come completed of and it do not stick for many used of time so if you put it on too tight it hurt and if not tight enough it comes off and when it goes down it comes completed of so really it is not a good buy.so actually we put tape around the penis,paper tape it hold the best.

Can you machine wash?

I never did. They were very easily washed by hand. Just in the bathroom sink with antibacterial hand soap and rinse and squeeze out each morning. I’ve used them as many as 10 times each. There were a couple of times they accidentally went through the washer and they were ok except that the Velcro collects strings and fuzz.
 These things made a huge difference in how long the actual condom sheath would stay on my husband but I feel I should caution you not to put them on too tightly. I positioned them just below the tiny lip of the condom and with the Velcro closure on top of the penis. If the Velcro end is beside the leg or underneath the penis, it would cause an open scratch or sore which is painful and can be dangerous for infection. Just close it so that it is snug but NOT tight around the penis. Another tip I can offer is that if you’re using condoms with adhesive, once it’s rolled all the way up on the penis, you should close your hand around the penis for 20 seconds. The heat from your hand will help to set the adhesive and then you put the Posie on. I wish you all the best if you’re a caretaker. It’s a hard job and I always appreciated advice to make it easier for me as well as more comfortable for my husband in a situation that could have been humiliating to him.

I'm not completely sure I understand your question, but I will give it a shot. This is a strip of Velcro to hold a condom more secure that's attached with a hose to a urine collection bag. We used it both day and night for my late husband.
