Strong gate but beware
Purchased gate for our 4 month old puppy. The gate seems very strong but has a flaw. All the pictures show the gate right up against the two walls but that is not the case for the size we purchased. Our puppy was able to get her head caught on the side against the wall, fortunate we were home and able to take the gate down to remove her head without any issues. We were able to fix the one size by not making both sides even but if it happens again I will be returning gate.

Great product, lousy instructions
Once we got it done, it's a great product. We have a 61" space between our dining and living rooms that we wanted to use to keep our new puppy at bay, but we didn't want to install into the wall. The instructions are very poorly translated and difficult to understand, but with the pictures, it's up and working extremely well. I originally hesitated because of the cost, but it is so much easier than the jury-rigging I had been doing (and the puppy got around). Quality is good and well worth it from my perspective. Thanks!

GOOD GATE BUT READ INSTRUCTIONS!!!
I bought the larger gate and I see a lot of people saying they are missing pieces which is wrong. You don’t need the plastic extender for the gate. That small piece is used for smaller gates. You can see in the picture there is no plastic extender. STOP SENDING THE GATES BACK!?!? YOU HAVE WHAT YOU NEED. They just use universal instructions for all sizes. Another thing don’t take off the zip ties from the gate until it is fully assembled!?!? It uses pressure to keep the gate locked if you take it off early the gate will have a gap. I hope this helps

Another large gate missing pieces
Apparently I should have read the previous reviews regarding the larger gate sizes! There is a recurring theme of missing parts. The box also looked like it had been taped back up after someone else returned it. Decided not to take a chance on replacing it and just sent it back.

Good quality, easy to install and use
Very easy to put together and is sturdy once in place. No tools necessary and their method to ensure adequate pressure is applied for security, is to have you back out/adjust the wall studs for closing in the gate gap. Very easy. My dog could easily jump over this, but she honors the boundary. If you made similar taller and in bronze, I would buy that too. Thank you! Fast shipping, and good protective packaging. (Note: my extra panels wouldn’t fit into the hinge side of the gate, that’s why it’s not centered. I don’t mind, actually I like this layout- just FYI)
