Does this product look white or clear when it dries? The tube says white, however, a reviewer said it dried clear. Please clarify?

Definitely white. I think they sell a clear product, but if the tube says white that's it.

Can I apply on wet surface

Unfortunately no. Surface must be dry and clean. After applying it cannot get wet for 16-24 hours

Is there a 2nd seal you need to add or this is it? Someone mentioned this is a 2-part epoxy in the questions. I dont see the back part of the tube.

Polly seamseal is all you need. I use it in all my tile installation. All you need is the Polly seam seal, a bucket of water as warm as you can tolerate, and a big yellow tile sponge....great stuff if you can't run a good caulking bead. Take and run a bead in your tile corners then take your finger and smooth it out with the sponge in the warm water bucket wring it out and smooth the bead as you do it will pick up any excess poly seam seal and create the perfect bead. Wring the sponge out in the warm water offten. Be sure not to totally remove all the Polly seam seal. Give it 48 hours to cure and you will have a perfect bead seal in the corner of your tile. I've never had any caulking failure and with 16 years experience (from a $50 repair to a $5 million dollar home project ). I will not use anything else and swear to it's duribility. Great in shower surround or kitchen backsplash or any caulking application....paintable too !
