Do not follow the directions, I wanted to make about 25 matzo ball's so I followed the directions it says 5 eggs, 5 tbsp of oil and 20 cups of water add 1 1/4 cups of matzo ball mix. Now I can tell you that those ratios are so wrong I had a runny soupy mess. I had to grind up two big sleeves of crackers so it would thicken up to even roll them without crumbling. I don't know what genius wrote these instructions but it must of been a joke. I had to use both containers of matzo ball mix. Next time I'll trust my eyes and knowledge of cooking. The matzo ball's turned out good with me using crackers which added a nice flavor.
