Great looking shifter knob!
This easily installed into my 2019 Lexus IS 300 F-sport with a screwdriver. Just insert the screwdriver just below your existing shifter, just below where the leather on the knob meets the plastic below. You'll find a slot. Just gently twist the screwdriver to release the knob from the shaft. Once you have it freed from the shaft, unscrew the old shifter knob until it is off. Screw on the new shifter down nice & tight then raise up the plastic piece attached to the leather shifter bag & snap into the bottom of the new knob.

Surprisingly good quality non OEM replacement.
I bought this knob to replace the scratched up original one in my used 2021 Lexus GX. The quality is much better than I expected, it fits perfectly and I love the simple piano black look. Best of all, a similar OEM knob would have cost me up to $300! This thing is an incredible bargain for the price and looks like it belongs in the vehicle. I did not expect OEM quality, but this thing looks good enough to fit the part.
