Easy to hook up to the internet and use. Great present for grandparents who have everything they need. We share the email address with family members and everyone can add pictures. They love it!

Great Gifts for Extended family!
I have purchased 4 of these in total. They work great to send pictures to frames for family and friends. The setup, app and frame is easy to use and my family loves seeing them. Motion detection means its not always on, and when family wants to show pictures to friends there is a remote that they can easily navigate all of of the pictures on the frame. Great for anyone looking for a gift to parents or grandparents.

Quality product once connected but very hard to connect...sending it back
I purchased two so I could send one to my parents and have one for troubleshooting. I chose this one because you can email pictures to the frame. I thought that meant that as I emailed photos to my parent's frame they would be added into what they saw on the screen. Two problems: 1. It took several tries over three days to get the frame to connect to my WiFi even sitting 3 ft from the router. (None of my other devices have connections issues from other rooms in the condo) 2. After photos are emailed to the frame you must go into the app to get them to show up on the screen and the new photos are not automatically merged with the old, you need to create a new playlist. I live 700 miles away from my parents, who are not tech savvy. This would be a nightmare to troubleshoot. Also tech support is very helpful by email but their hours for phone support are only 9 - 5p CST, when most people are working so not helpful. Once the frame has photos, the screen is beautiful and the motion detector works well.

Everyone can send pictures!
My son gave me one of these for Mother's Day and I love it. My kids can send pictures directly to the frame itself by email. I like it so much, I bought 3 more for Christmas presents.
