Brilliant lights had some for four years and still all ten lights working

I required another two lights to match a set of six garden lights I had bought earlier from Amazon. These first set of six were superb and being most impressed with them, I left a 5star review. I then bought another two to match my first six. It seems both sets are from different sellers, but they are identical lights. I was disappointed when I noticed two 5mm screws with that attached the ground spike to the Lamps were missing. Contacted their customer service via the given e-mail link and explained about the missing parts, what these screws did and what they looked like, asking if I should I return everything to Amazon or could they send me the two missing screws. They explained "Known Issue, we will have your parts delivered tomorrow. Leave a 5 star review and we will make you happy" After eight e-mails, and my eight replies with screenshots, today No nine e-mails later asking me what screws are missing!! Hence my two star rating. Needless to say I have bought my own 5mm screws so I can go ahead and fit them in place. I love the lights though and are exactly what I wanted.

I have bought several sets of these lights and thereafter bought the add ons as I have seen other areas of the garden which would benefit from being illuminated. They are a warm light not too bright and you can create your own style of illumination by angling the spot lights which are small but emit sufficient light. They look great shining through grasses or uplighting trees and bushes. High quality. Easy to insert the additional lights into the wiring run. I have had lots of compliments from the neighbours. I have recently bought my parents a set of 4 to illuminate their patio as they were feeling gloomy looking at the black garden. They put the lights on at night and have also strung a separate cluster light along a neatly trimmed evergreen clematis which together looks lovely.
