Do i get the same health reports in "23andme health" as in "23andme health + ancestry service"?

I don't know. After buying 3 of the same kits at 3 different prices and not getting ancestry results, I chose not to buy anything else. After I purchased the first kit the price increased by $10. When I bought the 3rd kit, the price had increased another $30. $ I'm out over $350 and my family still doesn't have ancestry results.

If i buy this with fsa fubds can i add ancestry later as an upgrade or would that be full price?

That would be a different kit at a different price.
