Great wireless headset
After a lot of research I landed on this headset and I'm really pleased I did. They are comfortable, Teams compatible, have very little lag and have a really good sound on them. The fact they come with the charging stand was a real bonus.

Good for a few months, unfortunately not working properly after 7 months
Overall very happy with the purchase. The comfort is amazing, and the battery life is great. I don't often have to charge it, but use it 8hrs every day for online meetings and listening to music.Unfortunately, it stopped working after only 7 months. Teams / Zoom don't recognise the mic anymore, sound quality is suddenly really bad, and often the headphones just don't work. I tried to reach their customer service to replace the item, as I did like them very much when they were functioning.

Not easy to set up
This headset was purchased for its long talk time and wireless capabilities. I'm an IT trainer & sometimes spend 8 hours per day doing remote training over Zoom or Teams. It took me a considerable amount of time to set the headset up. The sales blurb suggests its just a matter of plugging in the Bluetooth dongle & connecting. This wasn't my experience. First there were software updates to both the dongle & headset. Then Zoom hung several times, and yes, it was the fault of the headset! They worked fine as a wired headset, but for that they're an expensive toy. As an IT professional I was Abe to work through the problems & I think they are now working. I've yet to tr them with Teams, but I certainly wouldn't recommend them for Zoom.

Quite a large list of cons for an expensive headset.
Performance on bluetooth with macOS is terrible, constant disconnections, bad sound quality, mute engages all by itself.I contacted poly support, the macOS version of their companion app just doesn't work properly. Can't update firmware and can't change settings. You'll need a windows PC for this (not tested linux).Still doesn't work properly on the latest firmware. It seems to work better with the USB-C dongle, which is ok for me as I only use it at my desk, but beware if your use case requires bluetooth.I'm on my 3rd headset (2 faulty Logitech zones before this one) so I'm just stuck with this until something better comes along.

Nice, functional design
Nice and functional design. I would have loved to use the headphones but had to return them as I could not get them to work -- problems with my system, nothing to do with the headphones.

Such a good headset for noisy environments.
The mic ignores all other sounds other than me on calls. The other people can hear me clearly and they don’t hear the busy site office and all the drilling and banging noises. They don’t even hear the person talking next to me. Sound quality on the ears is great and also a pleasure to use just to listen to music as it’s nice and full sounding.
