Pros:Fit: fantastic, snug fit when you have the proper model vehicle for the unit. Looks like a factory installed holder. It's pretty tight to install (you're gonna have to really push to get it to click into place if you have the rubber dash) but once it's on, it's not going anywhere.Connection: I actually swapped the phone holder piece with a magnetic piece from another holder, and it fit perfectly. So if you have another mount you like that utilizes the "ball joint" style connection, it should work. Assuming they are pretty standard in size.Cons:Can't see any, except that maybe it wouldn't fit if you don't verify the model year and dash configuration before ordering.

I was really excited to find a custom phone holder for my new jeep srt. It does clip in and looks good. A few issues:- it was REALLY hard to clip in. I don’t know if all 2018’s have the leather wrap dash but I had to use tools to slightly pull it back while basically putting my body weight into clipping this in. I hope it hasn’t damaged the dash. I doubt it will come off though!- the arms that hold the phone are very shallow/narrow. This means you can only have a very thin case on your phone- it is not compatible with a pop socket or anything else you put on the back of your phone to make it easier to hold. I have to take my case off whenever I am in my vehicle to use this.I haven’t found a better phone holder option so I will probably keep it but it’s design definitely needs improvements to consider phone cases etc.Adjustable arms would solve this problem.

I love this! It’s a perfect fit and works fit what I need. My only complaint is I wish I could rotate it so I could see the other direction when needed

This clipped over the bezel on my 15 grand cherokee, but it does indent the dash a little bit. If you have the plastic dash and not leather like I do then I wouldn’t be concerned. The phone clip itself doesn’t hold large phone well, I just took it off and used a wireless charger with the back clip. Still can’t beat the price compared to others specific for a grand cherokee.
