Cookie Bites!
I wanted to make goodie bags to have on hand whenever someone dropped by over the holidays, which was a great help. I made a shortbread dough and every few days I would just press out a few trays and there was always enough for a few bags to go as well as plenty of handfuls for snacking. I added different color sprinkles and they were all very cute. This may be a thing I keep up in the new year. Homemade cookie bites will always be in demand.

I ordered a one inch squares cutter with this .5 squares cuter, from the same company. The size is closer to a .25.
