This is a ok backpack but the material is not very great

Original review: I knew that I wouldn't be getting the best quality backpack for the price, but I was very disappointed in this product. It is extremely weak and sags a lot. I feel uncomfortable putting a lot of weight into the bag because I feel as it might rip. When I put a couple notebooks, a textbook, small water bottle and a few other smaller items, it felt like the bag would tear if I walked more than 20 steps. I'm planning to return this item today.UPDATE: the company has been extremely helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. I received a replacement, which is of excellent quality. I'm very satisfied with both the customer service and the product. I highly recommend this backpack!

So I bought this backpack for my upcoming school year. But when I try to put my supplies in it absolutely nothing could fit. The backpack was pretty small, And when it will rain outside my backpack would have stains.

The major complaint people had with this bag was that the brown leather ran into the white nylon. As you can see from the photo, they have changed the leather patch to a white one. This is not an $80 backpack - it is a lightweight, casual pack. I can fit my MacBook, an HP laptop, a windbreaker, hat, two bottle of water, and still have a pretty roomy front pouch for shades, phones, and sundry items. I like it.

These backpacks are very nice looking and big enough to use for school. I bought one in September that ripped so I bought another of the same kind and it ripped again. I have to say that the company responded immediately to my email and sent a replacement which was great.
