How does the tool with the loop on the end work?

I'm not sure. I have not used it; I guess I need to Google that. I've used all the tools in the kit except for the loop tool and the really sharp pin point tool. Those 2 almost look like they would be a pimple popper tool or something like that. I'm sorry IDK what it's for.
