HUM Hair Strong Gummies Biotin, Zinc & Vitamin B12, Hair Growth, 60 Count

This is my 3rd bottle, it works better then sugar bear hair, I went from a pixie cut to hair down to my shoulders in a year and the taste of the gummies are good too.

I purchased my 1st bottle over a month ago. These little capsules are easy to swallow & have no taste or side affects, at all. I cannot tell you how much money I've spent on trying to get my hair growing again. Foams, serums, gummies (other brands), oils, etc.... and not any of them compare to the hair growth that these little capsules have given me. Since my first bottle I've have experienced a lot of new hair growth! I can tell because my new growth is coming in gray (I'm 63 & dye my hair). I LOVE THESE CAPSULES AND WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER THEM!!!! Followup 03/01/26. I haven't had a chance to post an update but I also wanted to mention that my Nail Tech lady is AMAZED by my nail growth & how strong my nails are now. No more acrylic nails for me. My nails are long & strong and 100% mine. All my nail tech has to do now is put on some gel polish & I'm good to go! My nails were a lot longer than in my pics, but I had to get them filed down a bit so I could type (work).

I definitely noticed my hair started growing faster and was a lot healthier after taking them for about 2 weeks. The only complaint I have is I thought the flavor would be a little bit better but it's not like it's gross. It's just not as gummy sweet as I thought it would be! Still highly would recommend.

I have used these previously but now I can't stand the taste, obviously the formulation has changed, I will continue taking to see the results.Time to find something better, these are very different than I remember.

I have only been using this Hum hair strong for about 30 days, but I have noticed less hair in my hair brush after I wash my hair!! I mean I used to grab gobs of hair out of my brush after my shower and now virtually nothing!! This product is amazing so far! I went ahead and bought another 30 days worth because it is working so good for me. I am using Ozempic also and have heard all the horror stories of ladies losing their hair due to it. This product so far is working to reduce hair loss for me. Like I wrote before I virtually have zero hair loss now and I do see new hair growth now too! I would recommend this to anyone who is losing hair due to older age and the use of GPL meds. This product has been a game changer for me!! Highly recommended!

I took these every day and saw a notable difference after a month. This bottle is a month's supply and I will absolutely buy again. It did not affect my skin in a negative way at all (I have sensitive skin). It is recommended to take two daily and there are sixty in the big bottle. It is definitely worth the price.

Ich bin total begeistert von den Produkt. Ich teste das Produkt seit einigen Wochen und ich habe bemerkt das meine Haut viel reiner geworden ist und meine Haare sind spürbar voller geworden. Ich hatte starke Probleme mit meinem Bauch und war immer sehr aufhebläht, schon nach 2 Wochen habe ich einen sichtlichen Unterschied erkennen können und fühlte mich sehr viel besser. Die HAIR SWEET HAIR finde ich sehr lecker. Sie sind sehr fruchtig und haben einen gute Konsistenz. Das "Naschen" macht so richtig Spaß - das Einnehmen vergesse ich sicher nicht. Und man tut seinen Haaren auch noch etwas Gutes. Das finde ich echt super. Ich vergebe hier super gerne 5 Sterne.

I noticed a difference after 1 week but also cause my hair naturally grows very fast but I know it did help because it got thicker and fuller a lot faster than normal, i will continue using for months because now i know its actually effective. I like it!

Generell sollte man mit Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sehr aufpassen! Die empfohlene Tagesdosis bei Vitamin B12 liegt beispielsweise bei 4 Mikrogramm, während dieses Nahrungsergänzungsmittel 850 Mikrogramm enthält was, wie man sehen kann, 34.000 % der empfohlenen Tagesdosis entspricht. Auch das Biotin ist mit einer 10.000 % höheren Tagesdosis sehr hoch angesiedelt. Grundsätzlich spricht nichts dagegen, jedoch sollte man solche Mittel auch nach kurzer Zeit wieder absetzen. Die Bären schmecken recht gut. Mir persönlich gefällt der Mix aus der Süße und dem säuerlichen sehr. Verdauungsbeschwerden o. ä. konnte ich ebenso wenig feststellen, wie sonstige Nebenwirkungen. Alles in allem empfinde ich persönlich die Dosierung, wie bei den meisten Nahrungsergänzungsmittel als deutlich zu hoch. Nichtsdestotrotz gebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen und eine Kaufempfehlung für all diejenigen, die auf kurzem Wege ihren Mangel entgegenwirken wollen. Zudem sind diese Gummis für Vegetarier und legaler geeignet.
