My dog is getting older which means accidents happen. She’s chosen a spot on my off-white rug that’s been getting nuked. Even though I use my Hoover Smartwash carpet cleaner regularly to clean up any accidents, the urine odor started lingering. A fellow pet-owning friend recommended this product, and I purchased it immediately. I let the product sit for about 30 minutes before I started pulling it out with my upholstery cleaning hose. The results were amazing! After one session, the urine odor has completely come out of my beloved rug. It leaves behind a pleasant, clean scent and I am super happy with the outcome. First off we board dogs. Home boarding, not kennels so when we host a pup or two, I’ve had a couple that marked in the house. 100% annoying but wow this stuff is the ONLY solution that removes odor! But get this! My dear hubby had hip replacement and was using a urinal downstairs in middle of the night. Of course he spilled it!! Did you know human urine is much more stinky than dog? And omg once again Natures Miracle to the rescue!! I was ready to throw out an $$$$ area rug and this saved it! I’m stocking up!

I bought this since it’s highly recommended on social media posts I’ve looked into searching for a solution to get the cat pee odor out of a 7’ x 2’ area on my carpet. I called the manufacturer and they said this product line was the one you want if it’s an odor eliminator you’re looking for. They suggested I soak the area and then just let it sit and air dry. So I indeed soaked the area and rubbed it in with gloves on really good before bed one night. The next morning I covered the area with some old towels as I have a toddler running around and didn’t want her trampling through the wet carpet. The next night I uncovered it and let it continue to dry. It worked tremendously. I am so grateful because I had bought an enzyme cleaner for my rug doctor and cleaned it that way first and it somehow made the smell 100x worse and I could smell it through the whole room. The smell is totally gone now after using this natures miracle product. Two cons that I have with this product. For one, it doesn’t smell good. I can’t even describe what these “essential oils” are, but they are awful. Granted, I’m pregnant and my nose is extra sensitive right now. My husband hasn’t complained one bit. I ran my air purifier near the area for a couple days which made it more comfortable for me and the smell is fading on its own now. I sprinkled some baking soda over the area and plan to vacuum it up to see if that helps take out what’s left. Honestly, I don’t even care if I still smell it because I am just so grateful to not have to worry about the cat pee odor anymore. Second con is that before using this product, I didn’t have any stains on my carpet from the pee. After using, I have some yellowing in areas along the edge of my carpet that I hadn’t noticed previously. I believe These are related to the cat pee, because the spots still glow under the black light (which I read it’s common for the pee marks to still glow even after being cleaned). I’ve attached a picture to show. Still no regrets.

I have tried so many carpet cleaners and this one so far is the best. We have 3 male dogs that I cannot get to stop marking in our home. This product has a very nice smell to it and seems to have worked. We did apply a few times to be sure we got the pad under the carpet too. I also love how they protected the bottle when shipping, not alot of businesses do this nowadays.

Has been a lifesaver during the puppy stage! I've used this with all 3 of my dogs, and it's great for stain and enzyme removal. Worth the money!

Great bang for your buck. I use this odor/stain remover pretty regularly. I have a young pup and an old man who loves to mark. I also have a lot of carpet. This formula has worked wonders on every surface and truly gets the smell out of spots and I have not had repeat offenses in the same spots when using this. The smell is so pleasant. I love that I can buy this so I can just refill the spray bottle and always have it handy. Makes me feel better about the environment too because these spray bottles work really well so why replace with the same liquid when you can buy a big refill?

I guess I was expecting more out of the product. I accidentally placed 2 orders for the same items but I didn’t want to send it back because I figured I would just use it eventually. Anyway I used the cleaner in my steam cleaner and it did leave an orange scent for a little while. I noticed there wasn’t hardly any dirt in the water I poured out from the tank. So I decided to go over the carpet again with a different brand and there was quite a bit of dirt in the tank after that. So just add some cleaner to it if you need to “clean “ the carpet and not just freshen it.

Good cleaner - I use it outdoors on my paths. It easily removes the dog wee stains and associated smells. Spray on, hose off, job done- Recommended product!

I live in an over 50s resort and have 2 dogs so with a very small area out back including some artificial turf need to make sure no smell from my dogs - after usuing another expensive product with limited results thought I’d try this and it’s great no smell whatsoever after using it . So glad I switched to it.
