I bought these Garden Veggies on a hope and a prayer. I was recently diagnosed with a rare gastrointestinal condition which doesn’t allow me to intake any nutrients from my food and I was losing a lot of hair due to that on top of losing weight and feeling extremely fatigued. It was suggested to try and find a way to supplement the missing nutrients and thats when I came to Amazon and found these. I read a lot of the reviews and thought that It couldn’t hurt to at least try. It has been almost 2 weeks that I have been taking them, never miss a dose. I am so happy that by the end of the first week my massive amount of hair loss that I was experiencing has almost come to a complete stop! When I would shower before, my hands would just be wrapped in all my hair that was falling out. Even outside of the shower, just touching my hair, it would fall out and now it’s almost nothing at all! I can’t explain how happy this has made me! I am also feeling a little more energetic, waking up earlier and actually wanting to start my day instead of laying in bed and going back to sleep. Unfortunately for me my condition is life long but now I know that I have these amazing vitamins to help me through! Thank you so much for helping to give me some relief!

I wanted something all natural on days I don't eat enough veggies. So.i take 1 a day to supplement by diet,because I do eat a lot of greens. Easy to swallow and no weird smell

I really like these, I only remove a star because the recommended dose is two capsules a day and they are a little pricey to buy as often as you run out of them if you take two a day

I trust this company I have been a life long supplement taker. My teen is not crazy about vegetables. I use this and I can see a difference in skin and breath. It might just be a coincidence, but I will keep buying. The capsules are easy to take. and 2 are a fine dose . Read the ingredients. It is not a replace al but it adds to you diet very well. I highly recommend!
