Looks great in my Alice in Wonderland garden. Technically, this is an indoor fountain and I may shorten its life by having it outdoors, but I’m keeping the connections dry in a cord box. Added a couple of pebbles under the spray to soften the sound. Just love it!

The product started spraying water all over after about 2 months, so we cannot return. Tried taking the stones out but the issue persists. Seems like there is something wrong with the motor. This destroyed my wooden table it was sitting on. Otherwise pretty but would not buy again

its quieter than most, but its painted so the water wears the paint out. often clogging the suction from the water to the sprout. this item broken within 30 days of purchase as the suction pump stopped working. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT at all. what a scam.

Water is LOUD (I added a few pebbles to dampen the sound a bit and that helped), and the light is very dim, but it's still a very nice piece as long as you don't have expectations of a bright light or soft water trickle sound. It was also super easy to put together, the most difficult part was getting the pump suctioned to bottom of the well. I imagine if you have large hands, this might be a tad difficult. I do also wish it had an on/off switch. I hate having to bend behind the entryway table every night to unplug it. It hasn't leaked yet, but it's only been a few days. I'll update my review if anything changes. I won't say it's relaxing sounding, but it's definitely pretty and fits with my fairy garden, which is what I was ultimately looking for.

It is super cute but it arrived cracked inside all over and a chunk missing. They offered me a $7.99 discount to keep it. Which is not much for the cost of the product. I tried to use it and it immediately leaked. It's not real a soothing sound of a water fall either, more of just the sound of a sink.

So let me start off this way: I did not use this for it's intended purpose. I wanted to see if I could put a liquid denser than water in this and make an underwater "waterfall". And my result is: that works! Quite well until the liquid I used dissolved the paint off of this and melted the plastic pump lol. Other than my total abuse of it, it's built decently for the price and the packaging is really good.

Started using it just four five days ago. First they showed not delivered when it was delivered; tried unsuccessfully from my end to update. It was at home for some days and just after 3 days of using its not pumping/ working. and now it says return window is closed. I bought stuff costing so much ( five times other fountains) only in the hope that pump etc will be of excellent quality. Feeling completely cheated. Amazon is requested to check the facts and accept return. I will buy same or more value other products.

APPEARANCE: Looks exactly as pictured and is the perfect mini size (approx 6"x6"x10") for my plant stand. I adore the peekaboo window and overall "fairy cave" vibes. The resin has a great texture, and the detailing should nicely camouflage any potential chipping or water buildup. The unit feels sturdy, yet is light enough that cleaning wasn't difficult, and adding the water doesn't make it super heavy. The top is flat enough to add decorations. The provided light is an orange color which provides a pleasant soft glow at night; it cannot be switched off. (I would love it even more if the light had a remote and you could change its color/brightness!) SOUND: I enjoy hearing its soothing trickle all day long. As noted in the reviews, you will not get the "deep" water sounds of a larger fountain. But if you position rocks under the flow, you can get a very pleasant tinkling sound, like a trickling forest stream! See video: I have two stones placed under the water jets for noise adjustment, and one stone under the bottom waterfall as a drip backstop. (I have not yet seen any water splashes on the catch plate underneath.) Another tip to reduce pump noise is to adjust the wires: they can vibrate and cause the pump to "buzz" unpleasantly if they happen to rest at the wrong angle. DIRECTIONS: Easy to follow. As per the instruction manual, thoroughly rinse the fountain before use to flush out any dust/debris that could negatively impact the pump, and keep the water level topped up daily. (I dip my finger into the back tank to feel the level, as it's hard for me to see.) SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SERVICE: Product arrived safely in mint condition due to safe packaging. Seller sent me a message shortly after delivery to check if I had any issues. This is a good sign they will provide support if any issues arise. LONGEVITY: I'm using distilled water to avoid the mineral buildup that tap water can cause. Hopefully this will also keep the pump working well long-term. I'll update my review if there's any issues. OVERALL IMPRESSIONS I'm extremely happy with this adorable little fountain so far!!! I'd give a 4.5 star rating if I could (due to the light being non-adjustable). But the charming design, mini size, accurate product description, and reasonable price is great value for money: so 5 stars it is! <3

I’m reviewing this product after 6 months of buying it, quality is very average and the motor didn’t really last.

So far a 5 star rating. Thought it was a bit bigger. The looks of it are beautiful and the sound of the water isn’t too loud or too quiet. Will update later. Just hope the pump is decent last long
