JLab Go Pop+ True Wireless Earbuds - Bluetooth, Black

Id give these 4 stars BUT gave 5 stat due to customer service. My first pair of these ear buds stopped pairing after 3 days i tried everything to get them to work from their troubleshooting support and nothing worked. After 2 emails they sent me a coupon to get another pair and these have worked with no issues. Theyre good quality for the price. They don't go as loud as my airpods but for a fraction of the price they're still good and can add bass. They are comfortable and lightweight but have fallen out a couple of times. Not that often considering I use them every day. The bad thing is the shape. they do stick out the ear which makes use outdoors in wind absolutely awful. I got these for use on walks so predominantly outdoor use, even on the highest volume the wind noise on the buds drowns it out and I've never experienced that with any other buds

Value for money. Comfortable, Clear sound, easy to connect and good battery life. No complaints.

Took me a while to get used to the press functions on the earbuds themselves as they're quite different to other ones I've had. They seem good quality, the sound is clear and consistent. They have a reasonable battery and recharge time. I love that it comes with a wee charging lead attached as I can just stick in straight into my lamp. However, this could be a con for some as there is no input if you should want to attach it to a regular charging lead. I loveeee the colour. Would recommend. Good for the price.

Amazing for the price!!! Quality obviously isn’t amazing but it’s definitely not bad! Volume good. Really comfy to wear aswell. The case feels slightly cheap but again what you would expect for the price. Only received today so can’t comment on battery life but so far very happy.

I don't usually write reviews but I thought I'd give these little earbuds the credit they deserve. Paired up with both my phone and tablet immediately, the process couldn't have been easier. The touch controls are nice and responsive. I've had phone calls via them already, really good skiing quality both ways. The sound quality of music is fantastic. I'm a very happy customer, especially with this price!

Excellent earbuds, far better than the price would suggest. Bought these as a temporary measure to replace some much more expensive Sony link bud S earbuds but to be honest I cannot tell the difference in either sound or noise cancellation so I have cancelled the Sony order. The only (tiny) issue is that theirs are a little tricky to remove from the case and on a couple of occasions has led to them falling to the ground. Battery life is excellent and car buds fit well. Absolutely superb. Really good purchase. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Ordered the JLab Go Air Pop+ earbuds because I wanted something simple, portable, and reliable for everyday listening or travel. After using them for a while, I have to say they perform better than I expected for their size. The first thing I noticed is how compact the case is. It is small enough to fit easily in a pocket, which makes it great for travel or just carrying around during the day. The case uses USB C charging, which is a nice upgrade since most of my devices already use the same cable. No hunting around for some outdated charger. Ear support is good. ✅ Battery life is one of the standout features. With up to 35 hours of playtime between the earbuds and the charging case, they last a long time before needing to recharge. I have used them for several listening sessions throughout the week and still had plenty of battery left in the case. For anyone who hates constantly charging devices, this is a big plus. ✅ Pairing them with Bluetooth was quick and easy. Once connected the first time, they automatically reconnect when you take them out of the case. They also support Dual Connect, which means you can use either earbud on its own if you want. That is handy if you are taking calls or just want one ear free while walking. ✅ Sound quality is solid for everyday use. The earbuds include JLab's EQ3 sound modes, which let you switch between three audio profiles. The JLab Signature mode gives a fuller bass sound, Balanced mode feels more neutral, and Bass Boost adds extra low end if you like a heavier beat. I mostly stick with the balanced setting for podcasts and music, but it is nice having options. ✅The built in microphone also works well for calls. I have used it for quick phone conversations and the audio came through clearly without people asking me to repeat myself. Comfort wise, they fit snugly in the ear and feel lightweight.The in ear design helps block some background noise naturally, even without active noise cancellation. Overall, the JLab Go Air Pop+ earbuds are a really solid everyday option. Small, easy to use, have long battery life, and deliver good sound for their size.

I feel a bit mis-sold with these. They're fine headphones, sound quality is good in my brief use of them, but they lack some of the advertised functionality, which is disappointing. I particularly bought these for the ability for multi-device connection - this doesn't work. I follow JLabs own troubleshooting guide and they absolutely won't connect to more than one device at a time, so that's not what I hoped for. The JLabs app also doesn't match the item images - in the product photos it looks to be an app with sound modes to try out, but the app doesn't have any settings or modes like these, just the ability to manually adjust EQ levels. From the images I also thought the built-in charging cord was a good idea, except it's only a USB C charger, which means that it's not compatible with most charging ports, and can't just be plugged into a laptop to charge while working. You need an outlet or power bank with a specific USB C slot to use, so it's actually not that convenient. I'm on the fence about whether or not to return them. The audio quality is nice, but nothing particularly special or standout compared to other earbuds I already own.

works as expected. Left and/or Right earbuds works independently streching listening time. Be Aware mode is a welcome feature anf works well. not multipoint but that is known from the start.

È passato quasi un anno da quando li utilizzo e devo dire che sono veramente ottime per un prodotto low budget. La batteria tiene ,il suono e buono,non ho riscontrato anomalie o problemi anche se li uso veramente spesso. La scelta di avere il cavetto incorporato per la ricarica all'inizio mi preoccupava però il cavo è ancora intatto e non ha segni si usura quindi non è un problema. L'unica cosa non impeccabile è solo il touch ma per il resto ne vale la pena prenderle

Vorweg: Ich habe keinen Vergleich zu ähnlichen Produkten, das das die ersten dieser Art sind die ich besitze. Aber ich bin positiv überrascht. + Ich bin aber sehr pingelig was den Sound angeht bei Kopfhörern allgemein und kann sagen, dass es natürlich bessere Kopfhörer auf der Welt gibt, aber ich denke nicht zu diesem Preis. Ich höre immer in der 1. EQ Einstellung und kann den Sound absolut genießen. + sie schalten automatisch um zwischen Mono und stereobetrieb wenn ein Kopfhörer in die Schachtel gelegt bzw. raus genommen wird. Sehr gute Sache, da ich oft nur auf 1 Ohr höre bei der Arbeit. - Geräuschunterdrückung und für mich vor allem ein transparency Mode fehlt hier an der Stelle, da ich dann auch beide Kopfhörer nutzen könnte beim arbeiten und trotzdem die Kollegen hören würde. Das ist aber bei dem Preis auch nicht zu erwarten. + Die Reichweite ist super. Ich habe die Verbindungsabrisse so lange ich mich im Selben Raum wie das Handy oder der PC finde. Auch im Nebenraum bleibt die Verbindung bestehen, kann aber ab und zu mal kurze Aussetzer haben. z.B. beim Kaffee holen während das Handy noch auf dem Schreibtisch liegt. Aber das ist ja nicht die Regel mit den Dingern. Auch so, beachtliche Reichweite finde ich. Hätte ich nicht gedacht. + Die Akkulaufzeit hält absolut was sie verspricht. Ich hatte einen Kopfhörer 9 Stunden an einem in Betrieb, wovon ca. 6-7 Stunden wirklich Musik lief auf kleiner bis mittlerer Lautstärke. Die restliche Zeil lag er mit dem Handy verbunden auf dem Tisch, aber zum testen eben absichtlich ohne dass er zwischendurch geladen wurden. Am Ende zeigte das Handy einen Akkustand der Kopfhörer von 50% an was wohl der Mittelwert aus 100% des unbenutzten Kopfhörers in der Ladebox war und eben dem ziemlich leeren, den ich die ganze Zeit verwendet hatte. + Sie verbinden sich sofort mit dem letzten Gerät mit dem sie verbunden waren und sagen bei erfolgreicher Verbindung an: "Battery full". Will ich sie mit einem anderen Gerät verbinden muss ich sie vom zuvor verwendeten Gerät trennen, aber nicht entkoppeln. Sie sagen dann an: "ready to pair" und bei erfolgreicher Verbindung wieder den Akkustand. Auch der Wechsel zwischen PC und Handy ist somit nicht kompliziert. + Der Tragekomfort ist wohl ziemlich abhängig von den jeweiligen Ohren des Trägers, aber bei mir sitzen sie sicher und sind auch angenehm zu tragen. Auch beim Laufen. Fazit: Wer in die Welt der True Wireless Kopfhörer reinhören will ist hier genau richtig und macht bei dem Preis sicher nichts falsch. Absolute Empfehlung!
