I ordered this after my Optician mentioned a heated eye mask might help with my tired/sore eyes. After reading the reviews I decided to try this one as I also suffer headaches/migraine and thought this might help , and I have to say I LOVE it. I have found it easy to use, heats well (not yet tried the freezer but I will) and I find it quite comfortable as the weight of the salt crystals on my eye socket is soothing for me. I have been taking 10mins most nights to just relax with this eye mask on and it feels like a little treat - so much so I ordered 4 more for my friends as a little Xmas extra. I think my tired/sore eyes feel better and luckily so far I've not had a migraine, but will be keen to try this as anything that helps would be welcomed. This is well made, nicely packaged and twice I've had a good buying experience with the company. Would recommend and think it's worth the price tag.

Great eye mask. The material is lovely and soft and there is a good amount of salt in the mask. I added a bit of water before heating the mask on a low temperature in the microwave. I use clean plate or plain piece of kitchen towel. It does come with instructions on the best way to heat.The elastic attached is adjustable.I've used it a few times and I find it helps soothe my eyes.

Love to pamper myself and feel a little heat on the eyes does wonders, good product but make sure you don’t over heat, heat does not last that long but still it feels nice on your eyes and helps me unwind before bed

Fabric is lovely and soft but I just found it too thick, lumpy, bumpy, heavy and uncomfortable. It doesn’t hold the heat and I would not recommend. Three stars given as the fabric is lovely and soft, the strap is comfortable enough and it may just be my preference so wanted to be fair.

I have a desk job and I stare at my computer screen all day long. To make things worse, I stare at my phone for a few hours after work too. Needless to say, I often suffer from eye fatigue and tension headaches. I have tried a pair of blue light filtering glasses but without much success. I went to an ophthalmologist to see if there was anything that could be done and he explained that eye fatigue and dry eyes are usually due to a deficiency in oil production due to not blinking enough. One simple way to deal with this is to apply a lightly heated moist compress over your eyes to release some of those natural oils. I do this for 10 or so minutes every evening to decompress, it has become a bit of a daily ritual now.Came across this lovely eye mask filled with Himalayan salt full of minerals and I couldn't be happier with it. It's really soft and really easy to use. Pop in in the microwave for 30 seconds or so and it's ready to go. I also use my fingertip to gently massage along my eyes and nose bridge, it really helps. After removing the mask, I would rest for a while to allow my vision to clear up.I recommend this eye mask to anyone who's stuck in front of their desks all day and those who get dry eyes and tension headaches. Ordered as I suffer with migraines and live quite a stressful life. Was looking for natural alternatives to help.Really lovely product, found it helps ease my tension headaches and dry eyes. Also reminds me to try and relax sometimes.Fabric is soft and heats up well. Perfect for these cold nights.Customer service is brilliant with that extra attention to detail.If I was to be really picky, it’s more than I would normally spend on something like this (I used the it’s Christmas excuse).However I’m pleased I did as I think it was definitely worth it.Perfect choice for a bit of self care!

Loved this mask when it arrived and found it helpful for my tired, sore eyes.I had previously used a disposable one which was amazing, but I was keen to get a more Ecco friendly version so this mask is a great option, really soft and gets lovely and hot.I didn't read the instructions properly and managed to burn a hole in it, which is completely my fault! I needed to spray the mask with water to add moisture and amend the heat time! The sellers have offered to refund or replace which is wonderful customer service considering this was my mistake.Great company, I would highly recommend.

Lovely soft, adjustable mask purchased to help with dry eye/tired eyes. Versatile product to use either warm or cold. Doesn't seem as affective on dry eye as the disposable steam masks which also keep their heat longer, but it's been effective used cold for a recent eye condition my partner has developed. Hot or cold it does provide a relaxing experience
