Amazing flashlight!
I got my ThruNite headlamp several month's ago to replace another rechargeable headlamp I bartered away in Africa (which I really loved!). Anyhow, I charged it up and have used it extensively for several months now, and it has yet to need a recharge. Appears to have a long battery life. But let me tell you; it is BRIGHT!! I thought my other headlamp was bright (we were spotting eyeshine by headlamp on our African night safari and the guide wanted my headlamp as it was brighter than his spotlight!), but this one is a true BEAST for brightness! I haven't missed my old headlamp one bit! My new one is awesome!

Solid light, crap battery
Picked up this headlamp after fining it on a review site that graphed brightness over time. This light unlike pretty much every other other one here maintains it's initial brightness for much longer than most. This also means it needs more current to support that, and the battery it ships with claims 3100mwh, which after a couple rides when I put it on my battery capacity tester (after having it die an hour into a ride a couple times) shows that the actual battery capacity is closer to 2000mwh. It's either losing capacity fast or it's mismarked.

You will never need another headlamp (I have 8 and this will be my last one)
Even in complete darkness, this headlamp is so totally bright and is a true 3300 lumens, no one would ever need more. The battery lasts a very long time. It charges in just a couple of hours. The brightness modes are easy to navigate and memorize so you know exactly how many time sot click the power button to get to the lighting level you want. The coolest feature is the .3 lumen mode that you can engage with a quick triple click of the power button. Bought it on sale for $59. I am not super crazy about the headband that came with it, so placed the ThruNight light in my COAST headlamp band and that made all the difference.Hey ThruNight? If your reading this, you should ditch you headlamp holding design you offer and make one similar to the one COAST uses for this product. https://www.amazon.com/Coast-XPH25R-RECHARGEABLE-DUAL-Headlamp-Magnetic/dp/B091MKDC48/ref=sr_1_30?crid=ESBC684JXA6V&keywords=coast+headlamp&qid=1678160417&sprefix=coast+headlamp%2Caps%2C159&sr=8-30MUCH BETTERMORE CONTROLLESS LAMP VIBRATIONBetter control and adjustability of the lamp for the user.

Buy once, cry once
After going through several 10-15 dollar headlamps and being let down, I finally just stepped up and bought quality. Overall, I'm happy with this one. Its very bright and well built. The headband is a bit finicky but its still hard to pick on. Battery life is adequate for most people. It's expensive for a headlight, sure, but its a good value.

Great light
Been through a few headlamps for working around the farm. For what I need a light for this light is perfect. Plenty bright, light weight, compact. I use this headlamp almost every day so I will report back if something changes. As of now I am not in the market for another light.
