Nitty-gritty at its finest ! I've been searching for great tasting and healthy crystallized ginger, without added sulfur dioxide and preservatives. I wholeheartedly believe I've finally found it, ''In Spades.'' The degree of quality is unmatched to any other ginger I've ever consumed. The sugar content is a bit higher than desired but a quick rinse-off did the trick. I commend the ''NOW'' company for keeping their product in its most basic healthy form. I can assure you, I will be a very loyal repeat customer.going forward.

The ginger dices are the best I have seen and are delicious. They are cut into 1/4" cubes and perfect for decorating cakes.

Works well with cooking, tasty and far more for money than small amounts in spice bottles.

This is a multiple repeat purchase. This ginger is so good in my tea and water. I drink both daily. The size of the dices is perfect. Big enough to enjoy yet small enough to not cause a burn. Will purchase again.

BE SURE TO REFRIDGERATE AFTER OPENING - had to throw the whole bag away and wondered why I smell spoilage, that's my fault. But anyway It's a great and healthy alternative to Gaviscon and helps with stomach acid, as long as you don't mind the strong taste of spicy ginger. It saves a ton of money rather than buying the alternative, soft taste of the ginger lozenges and chews. It's natural and the light sugar coat helps with the strong taste of ginger and good thing it comes in tiny cubes so I don't have to cut them as they're sticky in the middle.

Excellent Quality and Affordable Organic Crystallized Diced Ginger !! I read the reviews and the package information. I have asthma and this is a good product I can enjoy without preservatives or sulfur both bad for asthmatics.This is great for my hot teas , I eat a few pieces right out of the bag too. Helps nausea. Has a ziplock bag to keep it fresh . I don't mind the crystallized sugar coating each piece. Ginger can be spicy meaning hot tasting and the sugar tames it a little making it enjoyable. Those that don't want sugar can definitely rinse in warm water to remove the sugar. Good to cook in stir fry's, baking or brewed teas hot or cold . I highly recommend!! Super thrilled to have this option.

I had to soak each piece as I used it in very hot water for awhile....until I removed all the excess sugar...Way too sweet to consume otherwise...The texture is more like a jelled Chuckles piece of candy than dried ginger but the flavor is very strong and there is no doubt you're consuming ginger....pretty close to raw ginger in flavor........ I could still taste the sugar even after I removed all the visible sugar but at least I could chop it up to use in recipes. The pieces are very large...great big slices...which isn't a bad thing...I can break off a piece and still soak it...I prefer other shapes of dried ginger...the square pieces specifically....less sugary and the texture is far better...But I bought these because they are sulfur free and contain no preservatives ...I will use them up...probabsly not purchase this again...The sugar is very crunchy and resembles candy...I guess if I were feeling as if I needed ginger to calm my stomach, I'd just throw a piece into hot tea and not think about all the excessive sugar...

These ginger pieces are a good size and very tasty - for me slightly too much sugar but overall, a good product (passed my mother-in-law approval and she is a big ginger fan)

Had I known would not have purchased. clearly shows Produt of China on the bag received but not in the ad.
