what is the paper weight (not the weight of the pkg)?

1 sheet 8g, 20 sheets total 160g.

Is this paper suitable for use with fountain pens?

This paper is to be used while pressing flowers to absorb the moisture to dry the flowers. I do not believe that it is intended to be used to write on with fountain pens. If you try it I think you will find that the ink will spread out and not show it clearly
