Great for pain
Guess that I am determined to wear this body out than rust. I am an active older adult that has aches, pains and osteoarthritis. This product eases the pain level. I was first introduced to this product when I tore my shoulder up in a mountain bike accident. I was unable to sleep through the night. I awoke about every two hours because of the pain. Surgery doesn’t happen overnight and I was a little slow in thinking that I was injured as bad as I was. Just remember that if you are having surgery you must stop this product due to its blood thinning properties. Now I take it everyday. It helps me stay active and healthy.
