Sketchy packaging and pillow. (King Size) Buyer Beware!!!!!
Received item in a box. The pillow was in a clear already opened plastic package with just the pillow inside and nothing else. No wash instructions for pillow. After unzipping the cover on the pillow I noticed that the memory foam looked as if a kid or dog took small bites out of it. Plus there were penny size holes of the foam missing. I have the exact same pillow except it was a queen size and it looked fine. Shipping speed was OK. I looked up the Laniloha company on the web and their website is a joke. Only the home page works and it doesn't contain any information or contact numbers.

I bought this pillow for my wife. She was very skeptical with the claims of a cooling pillow, especially one with memory foam. She's had it for a few weeks now and not a day goes by without her saying "I really love my new pillow".

Too Heavy for me,
I sent them back they were way too heavy. I could hardly pick up the pillow.
