Honestly, I have no idea what it is about this but it works very good, so what are you doing is before I get ready to go to sleep for the night I drink a cup and I usually wake up at like 5 AM and I go, because it’s a light and it cleans you out really good I don’t really know how to explain it without being gross but we’re all grown or at least I hope we are so I’m just gonna go into detail so if you don’t wanna know the details stop reading. Every time I take this it gives me like the best bowel movements ever and I think that we all need to remember it’s important to take care of your colon and it’s important not to have any access wasting your body so just make sure that you drink a cup of this I like to add lime as well and once you’re finished drinking it like most of us, we go to bed with a cup of water or a bottle of water next to the bed. Just make sure you do that and drinking some water and you will be good to go I definitely recommend this to people if you are one of those people who you consistently get constipated, or if you’ve never had a laxative or a stool softener or anything to that effect, I highly recommend this. This is one of the best teas I’ve ever had in my life. This is better than any laxative I’ve had in a long while I definitely recommend this again. It is very gentle on the Stomach. This product works wonders. I was taking it almost every day but found out it's not good to take it regularly. I stopped taking it three days ago and now I'm constipated. I would recommend taking it only when you need to go but can't.
