I was excited to purchase this for my boss in lieu of a card but when it arrived I wasn't very happy with the quality. The hardcovers are great but the pages inside are "cheap". You can see they were printed on regular paper and laminated. The painting of the pages was off too. I ended up using this for my boss because it was too late to order something else but made it like a scrapbook and added additional pictures in. They include a small card but it was printed incorrectly and opened the left inside of the right. The stickers were not relevant to the concept. One page of the book refers to the employees as "men". I literally crossed if out and wrote team in. Wouldn't buy this if you are looking for a quality item.
