We loved how easy it was to use this projector. We plugged in our Firestick and we were ready to go. The image quality was crisp and clear. We like to watch movies outside or to project a larger screen onto our family room wall. The picture was great. There is a fan sound you should be aware of in case that bothers you. If you want to watch outside with a group, you may want to attach a larger speaker. It is lightweight, portable and easy to use. It would make a great solution for a college student who wants to attach it to a laptop in a dorm or apartment without buying a TV. Plus, you could set it up anywhere.

Perfect for parties with friends. Very simple easy to use menu. I have usually used my phone playing a video through hdmi. Picture is very nice. There's a focus dial for adjustment. The small carrying case is great for organization. The one con is the fan is fairly loud. But if the volume is high, it drowns it out.

Buying this projector was one disappointment after another.First, the wifi connectivity was non existing. I would enter the password CORRECTLY and the projector would state I entered it wrong. Something I quickly rebuked by entering that same password on another device just to clear any doubts.Secondly, good luck connecting your phone to this device. This projector will not read your device outright and the manual gives you a set of obscure instructions on setting up "usb debugging" on your android device in order to read it. I did as the manual instructed and... what a waste of time.Third, the Bluetooth connectivity was a joke as it would find and connect to the speaker but NO AUDIO would play. So much for that 5.1 Bluetooth chip it alleges to have.Fourth is the cardinal sin of all projectors. The weak lighting. 8500 lumens? No. The manual is cognizant of this failure by letting you know that this projector is SUITABLE FOR USE ONLY IN A TOTALLY DARK ENVIRONMENT.In conclusion, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this product. I am returning ASAP.

For the price, it's actually decent. No problem connecting to wifi and doing screen mirroring. Noisy fan, as others have pointed out. But on page 2 of the manual it says "suitable for use only in a totally dark environment". That's not realistic, so back it goes. Oh well, worth a shot.

Well, I was able to make this unit work, but not without a headache or two. In the included instructions, for a ceiling mount position, it says to remove the little black pads that make up it's feet and to install a universal ceiling mount by using the threaded bolt holes that are now exposed. Which would be easy peasy. But there were none. Just solid plastic. I thought about drilling holes into the feet, but the correct way to do that, without chancing drilling into electronic components, is to remove the bottom plastic cover and then drill your holes, attaching desired nuts and bolts that will allow the ceiling mount to hold the projector, as then reattach the bottom cover. I didn't feel like doing all that though, nor did I have the time. I am unsure if this is a rare occurrence or if there is a batch of this particular projector that has this factory defect. The picture is decent, the brightness is plenty bright for what i am using it for. I would recommend this projector if you are not needing to mount this on the ceiling. But if that is the goal, then look elsewhere. Or be prepared to spend some time being innovative and running to the local hardware store. 4 stars on the projectors capabilities. But a final 3 stars because of the factory defect.

The product didn’t mentioned anything about people using Iphones that carried 5G. I was setting up this projector by following directions from the manual. I tried several times to use my Wi-Fi from home and it didn't work. It kept on saying my password to my internet is incorrect but it is. Then I tried using Bluetooth and didn’t work. I called the company for support and she said this product can’t connect to 5G on my mobile.

I don't know how this item is being measured for it's lumens but 8500 is WAY to high.
