I like this kettle!
Hubby bought this for me for Christmas! I love the look of it! Glad the top and handle are not real wood- but it looks like real. The handle and lid are well made. Only tried it once so far but works great and the whistle is fine. I have a glass top stove and no problem. I have wanted a teakettle for a long time and I love this one!

This tea pot is the cutest. Nice buffet surface treatment is easy to keep clean. The wood grain accents are pleasant. And it has a really loud whistle, unlike my previous kettle which was so soft I didn't hear and it was subsequently ruined.This one is much better, much bigger also! At 3 litters it's much more handy.¹q
