Q: Is it rust proof or not ? one part says it is , another part says to apply oil to prevent rust ? which is it ? can't be both.

Mine was SS but it but it’s good to keep light oil on knives

I traded mine off but I think it was tang.

Q: Is this knife scandi grind or hollow ground?

look at it. obviously a slightly hollow, low saber grind. the kind they put on cheap, chinese mora knock-offs.
