Tree Free Copy Paper, 20 LB, 8.5" x 11"

I love this paper. Not only is it tree-free, but it's made from material that would otherwise be discarded (sugarcane pulp, also known as bagasse, which is left over from sugar production), so it's also turning a waste stream into a resource. Best of all, it holds ink well and prints very cleanly. I was also thrilled to discover that it is good paper for fountain pen use! I've tested it with a fine tip Kaweco pen using Platinum Carbon Ink, and it displays almost no feathering or bleeding, so it's an excellent and inexpensive choice if you are a fountain pen enthusiast.

This paper works great in my inkjet, print looks good. Will buy again.

I like the idea of not using trees, and of using waste. (I have not looked into the sugar cane side of the issue - what has been done with sugarcane waste, what could be done, how much energy is used in comparison etc.) The paper itself looks and feels high quality - white, smooth, firm. Print quality is great

Costs a bit more to help save the planet by not killing trees. The paper seems to work fine in my printer.

Is this more expensive than paper made from trees? Yes, it is. Is it better than paper made from trees? Yes, it is. Print quality is excellent. It's super easy to tear and shred, as needed. I've had no issues with paper jams, either. I print infrequently, so one ream lasts me a long time. I'm saving trees--which we desperately need for a variety of reasons--with a quality product. Consider me satisfied.

This is definitely my new favorite paper to use in my personal printer. The printed copy is very nice to look at - the black parts are dark and evenly printed, and the colored sections also look great. The weight of the paper is hefty enough to make two-sided copies that don't bleed through.

It's sustainable, not over expensive, quality, does not jam, and perfect for us and the environment. I print a good amount and tend to print out "hand outs" and material for school which can be a lot and this paper does the job without getting jammed. Recommend!

I got two reams of paper for about the same price (75 cent diff) at the same time - one is the Green alternative, one is a standard brand. Not knowing what the Green alternative would be like, I wanted a backup. Well I didn't need to worry. The two were basically comparable. The Green version felt a bit lighter weight but printing on it with an inkjet has been fine, everything looks normal. It works really good for every day use, and I feel better for choosing an alternative to chopping down trees.

This product took way to long to be delivered - ordered end of Feb and it arrived April 5th The description read as if it was a case of paper but it arrived as three 500 sheet packs.
